On June 4th, members of the Maryborough-Castlemaine Rail Trail Committee as well as members of our City Council joined us for an update on this ambitious project in our community. Carolyn Dennis of the Rail Trail committee provided our members with an engaging outline of the goals of the project, the projected timeline, the proposed route, estimated costs, community benefits and assistance requested of Rotary for the project.
