Members should by now have received an email from President Anthony outlining proposed changes to the Constitution and by-laws and rules governing our club. The proposed changes were highlighted in yellow in the draft documents. 

Members will be asked to vote to accept or reject the proposed changes to the Constitution at a Special General Meeting of the club on October 2, 2025, 6.45pm, at the Highland Society. Another Special General Meeting will be held on October 9, 2025 at the Highland Society at 6.45pm to determine the proposed changes to by-laws.

The governance and proposed fee changes were discussed at the September 4 meeting. 

Formal meeting notices were attached to the email sent to members on Friday, September 5.
