Just because we're all locked in our homes doesn't mean we can't get some club business done, so we will proceed with the vote to update our club constitution this coming Thursday. A copy of the proposed update was sent to members a couple of weeks ago (on March 12th) and all you need to do to vote is either attend the online meeting using Zoom this coming Thursday, or send an email to me at merylandgeoff@bigpond.com saying you approve or don't approve of the new constitution. As mentioned before, this document cannot be changed by clubs apart from including their name and location, and it meets the requirements of Rotary International and the Victorian authorities with regards not for profit organizations.
