The following issues were discussed and recommendations passed at last week's Board Meeting.
- Graeme Rogan was appointed Child Protection Officer for our Club.
- We will donate $500 to Kerrie Ohlsen's DG Partner project to support Motor Neurone Disease, through RAWCS.
- We will pay our Havilah volunteers an extra $2 a head for our meals from July 1st, which means weekly dinner fees will be $22.
- Our Club Honour Boards will be given to Chris Frahn to complete asap and be put up at Raglan House.
- The garden bed project for Raglan House will be completed asap, with Carramar Nursary's quote to supply and fill with soil accepted.
- The Club Planning Committee's recommendations, as came out at the Strategic Plannning Meeting and were sent to all members, were accepted.
- A discussion was held with regard to Club fees and absent members and investigations are being made before the June meeting.
- The Foundation Committee's PHF recommendations, to be given at the Club Changeover, were accepted.
