Over a thousand pies were sold last Friday as part of the "Aid for Farmers" event held at Parkview Bakery. Parkview offered a dollar to the cause for every pie sold, and our club will match all raised funds up to $2000. Many other local organizations and businesses have rallied behind the cause including a $500 donation from the Ladies Probus club. At the height of sales, the queue reached right through the shop to the door, and Rotarians Meryl, Martin and Chris were there collecting donations of loose change to add to the total.
