I would like to thank those that emailed, called etc when I was sick, I would also like to thank Derrick for being my scribe last week. It was much appreciated.
On the left side of the Bulletin I have added a Welfare section, so those who were not at the meeting can also know when members or their families are unwell. Please email Tony Coyle to apprise him of the "Welfare" news. He can then bring this to the members attention

Bryce introduced his guest Ian McPherson representing the Eddington Community Committee who last week donated an Aquabox. Ian gave a brief outline of what is planned in the future. Ian thanked Rotary for all the wonderful work they do.  The Community are holding a Family Fun Day later this year (when the date becomes available it will appear on the left side under "Speakers") It is hoped proceeds from this day will also go to Aquabox
Ian also represents a Foundation "Tee Up For Kids". The Foundation are looking for Commuinty Minded people to assist the Foundation to help our Youth.

Committee Meetings were held and reports will be presented to the members this week.

Wings and Wheels:

It was agreed by the committee last week that it was too late to create any major changes to the project this year but planning has already begun on Next Years event. This year there will be 2 dinners marketed to the Public , stall holders & attendees. These will be at Ripples on the Res and the other at Peppers. They may also look into holding a "Rock and Roll" night at the Town Hall. Still a work in Progress. It is the intention to develop this into a Major fundraiser for the Club. The Rotary Club need to submit a section 86 for the event to happen.

Go Goldfields "Hatch" Meeting:

The meeting now has a positive plan for youth and families and a number of names were put forward to continue the process. The first of a number of training programs will begin on July 28th.
