Rebecca Lowery shared her classification of her Rotary service at our meeting on March 30th. She explained that all of her employment positions have centred around dealing with people. She feels most at home when she is attempting to improve the culture of the workplace for those people and the clients who interact with those workplaces. They are the kinds of positions that require high EQ (emotional intelligence) where one has to pick up on the emotional states and needs of others and react in supportive and engaging ways.
