Last Thursday, we were pleased to welcome to our shed, Ramesh and Asher from the Pondicherry Rotary Club in District 2980, India. Ramesh and Asher are out here on a Rotary Friendship Exchange visit and were staying with DGND Anthony. Ramash brought greetings from his club and presented President Thea with a banner from Pondicherry Rotary. We were at pains to assure Ramesh that we don't usually meet in a shed, but Ramesh observed that his club usually starts at 8pm with a lot of procedural and club business announcements, followed by greetings and then supper. They only have a meal once a month. After Maryborough, Ramesh, a Principal of an Agricultural College, was off to Horsham to look at Longerenong College and then to Naracoorte and Mount Gambier.
