President's Message

After about a year, this is my last message to you as your President.

I believe that the Club has had a good year, good activity and projects which have helped fulfil the Rotary 4 Way Test both locally, and in the International Community.

Without individualising, I would like to thank each and every one of you and your partners for your assistance and contribution to our 2012/13 activities.

Any organisation relies on all of its members to work as a united team. You have certainly done this. Thank you.

Three Past District Governors of District 9780 have been awarded the O.A.M. Medal in the Honours List last weekend. Past District Governors Ken Broadbent (RC Wendouree), Andrew Suggett (RC Warrnambool) and Cathy Roth (RC Geelong Central) have been honoured for service to their local communities over a long period of time. I congratulate each of them on their long and meritorious service.

Annual Reports: If there are any outstanding reports, please get them in to Chris ASAP.

Changeover night : Please get your acceptance and payment to Treasurer John by this week. It will make it much easier on the night.

Finally, I wish P.E. Garry Higgins and his team all the best for 2013/14. If you support them as you have supported me, Maryborough Rotary will go on to bigger and better things.
