Last Thursday, PP Derrick Marsden presented a great overview to our members of Rotary's RYLA program in District 9780. RYLA stands for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards and is an inspiring, 6-Day Personal Development program for young adults. It aims to develop leadership, decision-making, communication, conflict management and goal-setting skills based on each participant's personal needs. Most participants typically report that the program is positively “life-changing”.
