Fifteen members and two guests met in the Bowls Room at the Highland Society last Thursday for our August Board meeting. Some of the key business discussed included a re-take on our plans to make every member a part of the Board - instead, we plan to introduce a new Bylaw to allow informal polls of all members to be taken at Board meetings which will assist Directors and Club Officers in their deliberations. We also confirmed our updated Club Roles chart, voted to repair the original Club Ledger containing details of our early members, formed a committee to explore our new Bike ride proposal, and explored other options to school scholarships.
