Sunday saw 4 brave souls leaves the warmth and comfort of their nice cosy beds to help at the BBQ for the Maryborough 103rd annual golf tournament. After setting up the BBQ trailer 2 of the crew decided to "cook" but we took that to mean we are going to stay near the warmth of the cooking 
plate. Golfers abounded on a clear sunny morning with a brilliant sunrise to start the day. What better way than to start with a Bacon and Egg roll to warm them up before they hit off. Not having a shotgun start eased the pressure to have the food ready but a steady flow of hungry golfers kept us alert. Once they had all hit off more was cooked to leave in the bain marie for them to help themselves after their first 9 holes.
