BBQ news

The upcoming BBQ's on the 18th of March at the Hospital from 10-2pm needs more volunteers please, and MEC from 3-7, 2 shifts will be running of 2 hours each.The lists shall go around this week.

Another one will be coming around for the Easter Sunday morning, 4 people will be needed, also someone will be required for the pick up and return of the BBQ. This is in the morning all details, this is for the Veterans race

Friday March 18^th the BBQ is needing to go to the Hospital 10-2 and already had Barb and Frances volunteer but can we have more name plea

And need s to then be taken to MEC for their fete 3-7 ( 2 shifts I thought 3-5 ( Tracey and Kate ) and 5-7 ( 2 needed please – and also someone to take trailer back to hanger) Esther was checking her other commitments

Only need another couple of volunteers to help mainly just be there as vcal students will be doing BBQ

Also please if people can think about Easter Sunday ( 4 people is good but also need a drop off and take back of BBQ) Egg and bacon rolls for riders doing veterans race ( also I suggest selling water or drinks too as last year there were no drink sellers in the area. )
