The next Group 7 Meeting date coincides with the Beaufort Club's visit to Cave Hill Creek, 110 The Glut Road, Raglan (off the Raglan-Elmhurst Road), on Monday, 28th October.
This date is prior to the next District Meeting, allowing time for our President's Reports to be submitted to DG Rosanne.

Tim Chandler, owner of Cave Hill Creek is more than happy for members of Maryborough, Ararat and Stawell to join the Beaufort Rotarians for the tour of this Australian Tourism Award winning group accommodation, event & outdoor recreation venue.

The tour will commence at 5.30pm for approximately 40 minutes after which we will adjourn to the Raglan Hall (10 minutes drive) where we will have our Group 7 Meeting and a meal.
Our Rotary Club has recently auspiced a funding grant from the Bendigo Bank for the Raglan Hall Committee, so it will be an opportunity to find out what has been planned for the funding and see the recent improvements made to the Hall.

Cost of the meal will be $25.00. BYO beverages, tea and coffee will be provided.

Could Clubs please advise the numbers of all members attending by Monday 21st October, so the caterers can be advised.
Please email your numbers to PP George Kirsanovs (george.kirsanovs@bigpond.com).
It is important that we get exact numbers as the cost of all meals ordered will have to be paid for, so if you cannot attend, early cancellation notice would be appreciated.

Our Group 7 Meetings are a highlight of our Rotary year and the Beaufort Club is looking forward to welcoming everyone to Raglan on 28th October.

If there are any questions or you need further information, please contact PP George as I will be away for the next few weeks.
Cheers
President Anne Beer
