Welcome

This page contains freely downloadable copies of most documents used in the Maryborough Rotary Club Strategic Planning Process over recent years. Rotarians are welcome to use any of the documents as templates if they wish, or to gain of idea of how to go about setting up and conducting Strategic and Action plans in their own club. To download a document, simply click on the link under the "Files" list to the left. The documents are numbered for easy identification, and the complete list of numbered documents can be found in item one: "01_List of Documents Used in the Club Planning Process". A summary of the planning process is found in item 04, and a flow chart covering the same information can be found in item 03.
