The International Toast this week was done by our International Director, Meryl James.
 
The Rotary Club of Honolulu.
The club was chartered on the 1st of July 1915. It is the oldest and largest club in Hawaii with 170 members. They have high quality speakers such as the Australian Consul General, RI Presidents, Nobel Laureattes and the like. The meeting is held at the Waikiki's Royal Hawaiian Hotel otherwise known as the Pink Palace. There are amazing views down Waikiki Beach. All visitors are welcomed and presented with a Lei.
 
Their projects have included an addition to a women's shelter, Literacy projects such as providing dictionaries for students, Meal services for kids at risk, providing mobile clinics with medical supplies, $706,000 spent in the Philippines where 159 members have been to do hands on work.
