Club Members who have not given notice of their inability to attend the meeting are expected to pay the cost of the dinner being $20.  Members can pay by cash or EFTpos at the fellowship table on arrival or online to Maryborough Rotary.

Have you thought about prepaying a block of meeting fees online?  Club Treasurer Peter Haywood would be interested in hearing from members who would like to adopt this method.

Each week four Club Members are rostered for Fellowship to assist in greeting attendees, collecting monies, managing the drinks table and putting away meeting items. If you are rostered and unable to attend the meeting, please arrange a replacement.

Thank you to all those who volunteered for a shift or two.
It was really great to hear about all the fun that was had.
This week Secretary Derrick will have the roster for the long weekend where we do breakfast for the RV Convention. There will only be one shift required each day.
Swan Hill had such a lovely sunrise this morning.
Tracey does such a great job of doing the Bulletin, I really appreciate it.

Enjoy the weekend whatever you may be up to.

Have a wonderful week

Welcome to Exchange students from France and Brazil
It was wonderful to meet Amanda (from Brazil) and Kaps (from France) who came along with Des Pickford from Stawell Club.  It was lovely to see the girls, to hear from them about their home towns and present them with a #SayNO2familyviolence badge for them to add to their already heavily adorned 'badge/pin' jackets.
Good luck for the rest of their stay

Group 7 Meeting - Thursday 22nd February
It was excellent to have so many visiting Rotarians for the Group 7 Meeting on Thursday night.  It is always fascinating to hear from other Clubs their ideas, events and fundraising which makes a Club strong.  Reports were provided by Stawell, Beaufort and Ararat.  Thank you to all the people who provided the reports and shared insights into each Club.
Good luck to each Club for the coming four months prior to changeover.
