At the October 15th meeting, PDG Anthony toasted the Rotary Club of Elmira in upper state New York. Anthony knows a few of the members there after participating in a Rotary Friendship Exchange with them. The Elmira club was founded in 1916.
A trip to the Elmira Rotary website will show you the list of speakers they have lined up in the next few weeks: New York State Senate Candidates on Oct 20, the U.S. House of Rep Candidates on Oct 27, and the PHD of Politics on Nov 03, so they are certainly a politically aware group.
