Rotary is very proud of Maryborough’s VCE Year students and their achievements. Although we have not been able to see them this year, we look forward to them joining us on Zoom to share their stories. We are particularly thrilled that Kayla Blazko, one of our 2020 National Youth Science Forum Students was awarded the Australian Defence Force Future Innovator Award.
The award recognizes recipients’ science and mathematics abilities while highlighting the value the Navy, Army and Air Force place on STEM skills and STEM career opportunities within Defence. Being recognized as an ADF Future Innovator shows Kayla has what it takes to make a big difference. Congratulations Kayla!
