On Sunday, DG Anthony inducted DGE Rosanne Kava as the next Governor of Rotary District 9780. Almost 90 people packed into Spoon's Restaurant, next to the Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement, and heard Anthony thank his team for a great 2018-19 Rotary year, and present them all with "Thank you" certificates.
