On Thursday, Past President Kay McLaughlin from Stawell RC, complete with baseball bat persuader, provided members with a clear overview of what is involved in hosting an exchange student. She explained that she has to try and place around thirteen students in our District for the coming year, and it has been an uphill battle gaining a commitment from clubs.
